Website Privacy Notice

This notice describes the data actually handled by the public AXOTIA marketing website before the production service launches. The website currently has no customer accounts, online checkout, patient-document uploads, or backend that processes patient data.
1. Who is responsible for the website
Axotia Operations LLC operates the public website and handles prospective-customer inquiries. Axotia Inc. is the parent company and owns the AXOTIA software and intellectual property.

2. Data we currently handle
- Website visit data: page viewed, visit time, referring source, filtered URL parameters, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser, and technical website performance measurements.
- Information you choose to send us: your name, contact details, and message content when you reach out by email or WhatsApp. Please do not send patient charts, X-rays, or other patient information through these channels.
- What we do not collect: this website has no account registration, subscription checkout, payment-card entry, patient portal, or medical-data form.
3. Cookie-free analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate visits and website performance. These tools do not use third-party cookies. Vercel uses an anonymized request hash for session measurement and discards it after 24 hours; we do not build a visitor profile across different websites.
4. Why we use the data
- To operate, protect, and improve the public website and understand its aggregate performance.
- To respond to your inquiry and, at your request, discuss a potential future business relationship.
- To meet an applicable legal obligation or protect our rights and security.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis depends on the activity and may include our legitimate interest in a secure, functional website, steps you request before entering into a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Service providers and international transfers
Vercel Inc. provides hosting, analytics, and performance measurement for the public website. Under Vercel's current Privacy Notice, its contact address is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the provider of that channel also handles information under its own privacy terms.
6. Data retention
We retain inquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business correspondence, and meet any applicable legal obligations. Technical and analytics data follows the active provider settings and retention periods. A record may be kept longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to receive portable data. You may also complain to the appropriate data protection authority. To make a request, contact us at hello@axotia.com.
8. Future production service
Before AXOTIA enables customer accounts or processes real patient data, we will publish separate, verified information about the actual subprocessors, security controls, retention periods, data transfers, and contractual roles. This notice does not claim that such a backend exists today.
