Payments and Refunds

The public AXOTIA website currently has no checkout, does not accept online subscriptions, and does not charge implementation fees. As a result, there is currently no website purchase to refund.

1. Future commercial arrangements

Once the production service is ready, any actual payment must be based on a separate written agreement or order form. Before any charge, that document will state the price, start of work, cancellation terms, nonrefundable costs, and refund conditions.

2. Payment made in error

If you believe Axotia Operations LLC has nevertheless made an unauthorized or incorrect charge, contact us promptly at hello@axotia.com. We will review the record and respond within 1–2 business days. Any legal rights to dispute a charge remain unaffected.
