Website Terms of Use
Last updated / effective: August 9, 2026
These Terms govern use of the public axotia.com website and communications about the planned AXOTIA service. The website currently does not provide customer accounts, online purchases, subscriptions, or access to production software.
1. Website operator
When launched, AXOTIA commercial services will be provided and sold by Axotia Operations LLC. The AXOTIA software and intellectual property are owned by Axotia Inc.
Contact: hello@axotia.com
2. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about AXOTIA and contact our team. You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the content in violation of applicable law.
3. Pre-launch information is not an offer
Feature descriptions, planned pricing, timelines, and integrations reflect the current plan and may change. An inquiry, product discussion, or expression of interest does not create a subscription or bind either party.
4. Future commercial services
If we decide to work together after the service is ready, scope, pricing, payment, implementation, support, data processing, cancellation, and liability will be governed by a separate written agreement or order form. That document controls the commercial service it covers.
5. Intellectual property
The AXOTIA brand, design, website content, software, and related intellectual property belong to Axotia Inc. or the applicable licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify, or commercially use them without written permission.
6. No medical services
The website and planned AXOTIA product do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The public website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without excluding any mandatory rights you have under otherwise applicable law.
9. Privacy and changes
Our current data handling is described in the Website Privacy Notice. We may update these Terms as the website or actual offering changes; the new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
